From the Pantry
Sourced Close to Home
Made-from-scratch in our kitchen, sweetened by partners just down the road.

Kraeger’s NY Maple Syrup
Tapped and bottled in Constableville, NY, in special bottles made just for the Grand Colonial. Pure New York amber, no blends.

Pekin Pond Honey Farm
Raw local honey gathered just down the road in neighboring Ilion, NY, golden with the nectar of Mohawk Valley wildflowers. Drizzled over scones or stirred into hot tea.
Juliano Farms
The apples in our fruit cups, pies, and crisps, and the blueberries in our homemade scones, come from Juliano Farms, a family-owned farm market in Utica. Our menu shifts with the seasons: berries in summer, pumpkin and warm spices in fall, and citrus in winter and spring. We also make our own vanilla extract from the finest vanilla beans, a subtle sweetness in our waffles, pancakes, French toast, and baked goods.
Our Breakfast Menu
Time-honored recipes, local ingredients, and from-scratch baking make breakfast a highlight of your stay at Grand Colonial Bed and Breakfast near Cooperstown, NY. From eggs and bacon to French toast, pancakes, seasonal fruit, and homemade scones, there is something for every appetite.
Enjoy a homemade, complimentary breakfast daily. Guests make their breakfast selections the night before. We will arrange seating times with each guest during check-in.
