All Aboard the Easter Bunny Express
The Easter Bunny Express train ride is an annual Central New York tradition — a family favorite at the Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad. The 2026 ride has wrapped, but here’s what to know for planning the 2027 ride (the bunny tends to come back in early April every year).
All Aboard the Easter Bunny Express
The Easter Bunny and friends will be on the train entertaining passengers, and complementary snacks and refreshments will be available on board Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad’s Easter Bunny Express!
At the Railroad’s beautifully decorated O’Neill Station they will disembark passengers for an Easter Egg Hunt before returning to Milford. On the return trip to Milford, they will host their Easter Egg Roll Game in their Open Air Car with all children participating receiving a treat. And throughout the ride, there will be plenty of opportunities for photographs with the Easter Bunny and his friends. Fun for the entire family!
Trains depart from their depot located at Milford (unless otherwise specified) promptly at the time listed. The depot is located just east of Route 28 on Route 166. The address is 136 East Main Street, Milford, NY 13807. For individuals using a navigation system, please use 136 Rt 166, Milford, NY 13807. Reservations are required. The trip duration is about two hours.
