Summer Concert Series and Disc Golf at Brewery Ommegang!
As if we needed any better reason to visit Brewery Ommegang than incredibly tasting beer and food, now there’s disc golf, music, and a bonfire too!
Brewery Ommegang has released a list of dates for their Fire Pit Friday summer concert series. Fire Pit Friday shows are scheduled every week through Labor Day and are free to the public. The concerts will take place from 7pm to 10pm outside of the Tap House at Brewery Ommegang on a new permanent stage. Next to that, the brewery staff will light a bonfire in a 20′-diameter stone fire pit. Guests to the brewery for Fire Pit Friday shows are encouraged to bring a folding chair or blanket if they would like to sit in the lawn to enjoy the show.

And there’s even more great news for good times. A new disc golf course has opened at Brewery Ommegang and will be free to the public every day from dawn until dusk. The nine-hole course flows through the hills on the eastern edge of the facility’s 144 acres and boasts panoramic views of the brewery and the Susquehanna River Valley behind it. Each hole has two tee boxes to accommodate players with varying levels of experience; par for the course is 27. Players new to the sport can purchase discs right in the Brewery’s Mercantile. And don’t forget to grab some beers for your round while you’re in there!
