Recipe: Hot Chocolate Cookies
These cookies are perfect if you want to keep it simple. Warm, cozy and delicious…a perfect treat to enjoy during the winter season.
Hot Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup softened butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs 3/4 cup hot cocoa mix 1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup brown sugar 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup Mallow bits
Directions
Combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in mixer until light and fluffy, then continue to mix in eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients until mixed well. Gradually mix in your dry ingredients with your sugar mixture, lightly beating until fluffy blended.
Stir chocolate chips and Mallow Bits into dough, then cover and let chill for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a baking sheet lined with a silicon mat or parchment paper, drop 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Let cool and enjoy!
